UPAC organized events during the months of March and April to celebrate International Forest Day and Earth Day, which fall on 21 March, and 22 April respectively.
Commemorating International Forest Day, the company celebrated the “Let’s Make It Green” campaign by partnering with The Canopy Project. UPAC’s employees raised funds to support the project, and the company pledged to match the total amount raised.
The Canopy Project is a global partner invested in planting trees at various strategic locations, working to ensure a direct and positive impact on climate-affected areas. The Canopy Project collaborates with various global partners to reforest areas that are in desperate need of rehabilitation and are at risk of environmental degradation.
