United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC), a leading commercial real estate and facilities management company, organized a second “Fun Day” for Kuwait’s Orphanage at Discovery Mall..
The event, which took place on 16 July 2018, was carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, who currently manage various orphanages across Kuwait. The event catered to 17 children between the ages of 4 – 12 all of whom were given the opportunity to enjoy several activities across the mall’s entertainment outlets, including Tarkeeb, Play, Cozmo Kids, Paint Ball and Young Chef. Accompanying the children were five UPAC volunteers who spent the day alongside the children and guided them throughout the various fun activities.
Nadia Akil, Chief Executive Officer – UPAC, said: “This is the second successful activity we have carried out with Kuwait’s orphanage this year, and we look forward to giving the kids the opportunity to have a full day of carefree entertainment. I would like to extend our thanks to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor for giving us the opportunity to invite the children at our premises once again. I would also like to thank our partners at Discovery Mall for opening their doors to a great cause.”
