Terminal 1 is considered to be the main gateway into and out of the country, catering to thousands of travelers and visitors daily. The airport mall consists of 150+ retail stores, including food and beverage outlets, as well as travel companies. It provides 24/7 access to a variety of services including banking, telecom and car rental services, a range of restaurants and cafe options, in addition to other major retail and electronics brands located throughout the mall.

UPAC also manages T1’s multi-story parking facility, which can accommodate 1,500 vehicles in short-term parking, and 700 vehicles in a separate long-term parking lot.
