Project overview

UPAC helped usher in a new era of executive aviation with the opening of the Sheikh Saad Terminal at Kuwait International Airport in 2008. This well-appointed facility caters to private aircraft owners around the globe who use private planes for business and personal travel. The entire 2,060 sqm premise is managed by fixed-base operator Royal Aviation Kuwait, a UPAC subsidiary.

Business jets, as well as private, chartered and commercial flights, have 24/7 access to a private runway, aircraft parking for 31 craft and aircraft storage areas. The main terminal houses a high-tech business center, lounges for passengers and flight crews, offices, retail shops and restaurants. The nearby car park, baggage control, security checks, immigration and customs clearance are all managed by UPAC’s operator.
