– United Projects for Aviation Company (UPAC), a leading provider of commercial real estate and facilities management services, welcomed His Excellency Sheikh Sabah Bader Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Governor of Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Sheikh Mohammed Salman Al-Sabah, and Mr. Abdullah Al-Jaafar, CEO of the Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC) for a tour of the Messilah Beach (Plage 2) project.
The delegation was received by UPAC’s Head of Operations, Eng. Ahmed Sadeq, who presented a comprehensive update on the project’s progress and operational plans.
During the visit, the UPAC team managing the Messilah Beach project delivered a presentation outlining the site’s key recreational features, including upcoming water sports and attractions currently under review for launch. The presentation also covered the company’s latest plans for optimizing the leased commercial spaces.
The Messilah Beach (Plage 2) project is a 70,000-square-meter development by the Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC), occupying a prime and easily accessible location along Kuwait’s Messilah coastline. Designed to serve as a leading family destination, the project combines recreational and commercial offerings. Under its agreement with TEC, UPAC is responsible for managing all leasing activities, facility operations, and day-to-day site management.

The Messilah Beach project further diversifies UPAC’s portfolio in project management and expands its presence in the leisure and facilities management sector. UPAC is also co-investor and developer of Abu Dhabi’s US$1.3 billion Reem Mall on Reem Island.
